We're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. This exciting opportunity is located in Salem, VA, and offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee all quality-related issues from supplier materials to final product inspections. As a Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will drive continuous improvement across our precision machined high-security product lines, collaborating closely with production managers, engineers, and production associates to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality requirements and standards for product development and manufacturing processes
  • Oversee all quality-related issues from supplier materials to final product inspections
  • Prioritize and resolve quality issues, utilizing data and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize quality outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience evaluating quality in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
