Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluation and develop targeted treatment plans to decrease or eliminate functional limitations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Supervising and directing physical therapist assistants to ensure patient goals are met
- Reporting to the Manager of PM&R with indirect supervision from the Lead Physical Therapist
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio
- Have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices
