  • Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of irrigation systems.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various irrigation equipment utilized in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hydraulics and basic system design, effectively communicating this information to clients.
  • Identify, assess, excavate, and repair damaged or malfunctioning irrigation components.
  • Exhibit strong writing, communication, and mathematical skills.
  • Provide accurate written estimates to clients following service visits as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of parts and tools on the service vehicle.
  • Ensure the service vehicle is kept clean and meets company standards.
  • Deliver daily activity reports through end-of-day communications.
  • Schedule and perform maintenance on the service vehicle as required.
  • Complete service tickets and documentation accurately upon service completion.
  • Navigate effectively using provided directions.

Physical Requirements: This role involves moderate to heavy physical labor in various weather conditions. Candidates must be capable of digging, trenching, and excavating using handheld tools. Proficiency in using all necessary hand and power tools is essential for the successful execution of the Service Technician duties.
