About the Job:
Select Specialty Hospital in Birmingham, AL is seeking a skilled Travel RN - LTAC Specialty Hospital to join their team. This 13-week contract offers a competitive salary of $2031.00 per week and benefits.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care on our LTAC unit. As a critical care nurse practitioner, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient comfort, safety, and recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in AL or compact state
- ACLS Certification, BLS Certification, Telemetry RN Skills Checklist required
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
