Wellness Director

At Common Sail Investment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Director to lead our clinical resident care services team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and leading employee connections within our community.

• Lead and Manage the Clinical Resident Care Services Team: Oversee the overall direction, administration, and coordination of clinical resident care services, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.
• Revenue and Financial Management: Ensure the right care, at the right price, with the right staff, and manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Alzheimer and Dementia Program Coordinator: Develop and implement programs to support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
• 1440 Care Standards: Lead the implementation and maintenance of our 1440 care standards, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
• Community Leader Partnership: Develop and maintain relationships with fellow community leaders and external partners, ensuring our community is connected and engaged with the wider community.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN): A current LPN or RN license in the state is preferred, with a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification required prior to or upon hire within 90 days.
• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
• Financial Management: Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to work successfully through complex issues, problem-solve, and manage conflict resourcefully.
