Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to and promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Manage patient flow and provide consultations to ensure accurate and helpful information is provided in a caring and compassionate manner.
  • Guide patients on cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
  • Mentor and train store staff on compliance, products, and best practices.
  • Report any issues or complaints related to product to the Store Manager, Compliance Manager, and State Director.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Professionals.
Requirements
  • Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license or Physicians Assistant license.
  • Registered medical professional with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
  • Strong team management and personal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong compliance and regulation attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and focused.
  • MS Office proficient with ability to utilize and navigate multiple software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cannabis.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule and willingness to work 5-6 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
