Job Title: Healthcare Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Healthcare and Insurance Division in our St. Louis, Missouri office.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law, with experience advising healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences companies. They will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of healthcare-related matters, including regulatory compliance, transactional work, and litigation.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences companies on regulatory compliance and transactional matters
  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies to address complex healthcare-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare law
  • Strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or ability to waive in to practice
