Core Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Conduct private and small group training sessions for youth members.
  • Encourage youth participation in training programs.
  • Perform introductory sessions and engage in prospecting activities.
  • Ensure precise administration of client programs, including fitness assessments and progress tracking.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared for all training appointments.
  • Support all revenue-generating initiatives, including complimentary sessions and workshops.

  • Meet personal monthly revenue targets related to private coaching and related products.

Member Engagement:

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu required.
  • Extensive experience in instructing youth and managing youth programs.
  • Ability to guide and inform youth and their parents regarding training expectations.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in private training methodologies, from assessment to program design.
  • Familiarity with fitness equipment and its operation.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Competence in basic office technology, including computers and software applications.

Preferred Experience:
  • Current CPR/AED certification (to be obtained upon hiring).
  • Certification from a recognized organization or a background in competitive martial arts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
