Job Summary

As a Radiology Tech Weekend Option, you will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, assisting with complex and non-routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Performs repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compiles proper documentation following established policies and procedures.
  • Identifies and requests parts and components needed to complete tasks.
  • Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance repairs, including changing light bulbs, replacing ballasts, and installing light fixtures.
  • Performs basic carpentry and assists with minor construction projects, including installing and repairing drywall, walls, flooring, ceramic tile, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.
  • Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including debris/trash removal, heavy lifting/moving of materials and equipment, floor-sweeping, and material storage.
  • Enters work orders, documents tasks, and closes work orders in the electronic record-keeping system.
  • Performs research to find products and solutions to problems.
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience.
