Vibration Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Vibration Analyst to join our team at Eastern Industrial Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing vibration data collection, analysis, and reporting of machine condition findings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with rotating equipment. They will also be able to interface with internal teams and external suppliers, and have a willingness to travel throughout the local designated market areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vibration data collection and analysis to determine machine condition
• Evaluate machinery health and condition of rotating equipment
• Conduct failure analysis to determine root causes of failure
• Perform supportive services such as laser alignment and dynamic balancing
• Interface with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vibration data analysis
• Minimum of two years' experience in vibration data analysis
• Knowledge of vibration data and analysis techniques
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with rotating equipment
• Ability to interface with internal teams and external suppliers
