Our assignments span diverse environments including nightlife venues, hotels, residential complexes, and corporate offices. We offer flexible opportunities ranging from part-time to full-time positions, tailored to fit your skills and availability.
Key Duties:
- Perform regular patrols around the property, both externally and internally, to prevent unauthorized access.
- Maintain a visible presence to reassure residents and deter potential threats.
- Professionally manage interactions with individuals attempting to access the property unlawfully, ensuring a non-escalatory approach.
- Document and report all incidents, irregularities, and maintenance concerns promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Administer first aid and emergency support when necessary.
- Engage with residents courteously, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their peace of mind.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid BSIS Guard Card as mandated by California state regulations.
- Immediate availability to commence work.
- A minimum of one year of experience in security, ideally within residential or hospitality settings.
- Ownership of a professional security uniform, including black cargo pants, black boots, and a duty belt. Preferred equipment includes pepper spray and a taser, subject to legal compliance.
- Physical fitness for extensive patrolling and the ability to manage potential confrontations.
- Familiarity with security technology and equipment.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a smartphone and be proficient in using various applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished demeanor.
Compensation: Pay is bi-weekly, ranging from $18 to $19 per hour.
