Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our ICU/PCU department, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes.

About the Role

This is a night shift position, requiring 3 twelve-hour shifts every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in critical care nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the ICU/PCU department, adhering to AACN standards.
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
