Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality care as an RN in post-acute care settings
- Collaborating with medical personnel and residents to create care plans
- Administering treatments and medications effectively to each resident
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educating residents and their families about optimal care choices
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment as required
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility regulations
- Collecting samples, such as blood and urine, for laboratory analysis
- Training and supervising nursing and support staff
- Documenting medical interventions and patient histories accurately
- Assisting staff with incident investigations
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Clinical Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- A minimum of 4 months' experience in post-acute care or inpatient hospital environments
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
