About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in identifying patients who are eligible for current clinical trials and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in accordance with trial protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen medical records to determine patient eligibility for clinical trials
  • Complete all necessary documentation to enroll patients in clinical trials
  • Manage all aspects of patient care related to clinical trials
  • Collect and submit data to appropriate agencies within established protocols and schedules
Requirements
  • Nursing License (BSN preferred)
  • 1 year of clinical research experience
  • Oncology experience (preferred)
  • BLS required
  • Current license as an RN (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of human biology, anatomy/physiology, and chemistry
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Foundational understanding of medical language and terms
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the department
  • Phlebotomy skills (preferred)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (preferred)
