Job Title: Junior Consultant

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions implementation and operations improvement firm that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to join our team. As a Junior Consultant, you will work on a range of projects on PCG's Child and Family Services Business Line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support projects with quantitative and qualitative analysis, research, and writing of various documents.
  • Communicate with a wide range of audiences, both clients and internal to PCG.
  • Work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment, and be able to work effectively both in teams and independently.
  • Pay close attention to detail in daily work while maintaining adherence to internal and external deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT, or other relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • A competitive salary range of $52,200 - $65,000.
