Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Security Officer for a State Office.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM

Compensation: Starting at $20.45 per hour, with paid orientation and training, plus DailyPay options available.

Experience Requirement: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of prior security experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and managing emergency response situations as necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with varying work environments depending on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • All applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, as permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles only.
