Store Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Representative at our new location in Chanhassen, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build strong relationships with customers, learning their preferences and needs.
  3. Develop customized meal plans and strategies using our products.
  4. Provide expert guidance on product ingredients, allergens, and spice levels.
  5. Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  6. Contribute to business growth initiatives.
  7. Maintain store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Design engaging promotional materials and in-store displays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven customer service expertise and basic business management knowledge.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
