Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Connoisseur to join our team at Roberta's MSG.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is looking to grow their skills in the hospitality industry.

• Prepare, serve, and sell a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer to guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails, ingredients, specs, and builds.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our natural wine program set forth by the Wine Director.
• Execute proper steps of service with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and create strong relationships with regular patrons.

• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours and move up to 40 pounds regularly.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
