- Assist residents to maintain their independence and dignity, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Document resident care information accurately and timely, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Active and in good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job.
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
- Competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $19.81 per hour.
- Sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time hires and $500 for part-time hires.
