Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and inventory the service vehicle with necessary tools, products, and supplies for each assignment. Keep the vehicle organized and clean.
  • Prepare work sites for operations, setting up necessary equipment and staging areas.
  • Adhere to production protocols as directed.
  • Consistently follow safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the crew leader and fellow technicians to enhance production efficiency.
  • Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanups, ensuring the site is left in a tidy condition.
Position Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Preferred experience in cleaning and restoration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • IICRC certifications are advantageous
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders and working in elevated or confined spaces
  • Able to endure extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Capable of repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying items
  • Familiarity with cleaning agents and chemicals
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as necessary
  • Successful completion of a background check as required by law

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 annually
