Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a timely and efficient patient flow while providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure patient flow throughout the office
  • Greet patients and escort them to X-Ray or exam rooms
  • Assist with patient vitals and entering patient information into EMR
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; secondary education or certification in a healthcare field a plus
  • Current CPR certification and knowledge of orthopedics a plus
  • At least one year of work experience in a healthcare facility setting
