Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the values of VinFast with every client interaction, demonstrating deep passion and generating excitement with clients.
  • Engage with clients and fellow team members in a multi-level, matrixed, and client-centric environment.
  • Continually demonstrate excellence in all work activities, adhering to all VinFast brand standards and store safety.
  • Actively manage the pipeline of prospects and leads in the company database, focusing on influencing prospects to make a vehicle purchase.
  • Maintain familiarity with all VinFast product features and functionality, working towards becoming a subject matter expert in all areas related to Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors to support the customer purchasing cycle and address questions to finalize purchases.
  • Partner with team members in other functional areas to ensure a seamless client sales experience, including Service, Inside Sales, DMV, Logistics, and more.
  • Contribute to a positive, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, client services, or sales.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software.
  • Professional communicator with verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License.
  • Valid driver's license and 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Innate curiosity and willingness for continuous learning, flexible to changing priorities, and a desire to create positive memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Automotive experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS office suite, Salesforce, CRM applications).
  • Flexibility with work hours and weekends.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
What We Offer

VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The starting pay for this role is $30.00/hr.
