Estimated Salary
Based on national averages, the estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$170,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Job Summary
As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care and improve health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions to promote health and well-being. You will also be responsible for ordering lab tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients and their families about their care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients and their families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's or Doctoral degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, be licensed to practice nursing in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, and possess certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Experience working in a healthcare setting and strong leadership and communication skills are also essential.
