As a key member of our Real Estate Cost Management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Cost Management professionals to deliver exceptional results to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve internal systems and processes.
  • Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities to improve market knowledge and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage financial aspects of commissions and lead proposal development for new work.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and set clear strategies for team growth and development.
  • Identify, coach, and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate team successes.
  • Display excellence in leadership and service delivery, and embody a one-business culture that achieves great outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a Cost Management team.
  • Ability to pivot between delivery and management roles.
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
  • RICS or equivalent accreditation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Drive to be proactive and self-motivated, with a tenacity to inject value and create solutions.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with project teams and possess good organization skills.
