We are actively seeking Production Associates for our Whitestown, IN facility. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing corrugated and chip packaging products, aligning with our corporate vision, mission, and values.

Key Qualifications for Success:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural documentation.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.
- Commitment to safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a warehouse or packaging setting.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as tape measures and micrometers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage in bending, reaching, stooping, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift between 10-20 pounds.
- Understand machine setup, operation, data entry, and assembly tasks.
