Internal Medicine Hospitalist - HOSPITALIST OR NOCTURNIST
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to fill a Hospitalist and Nocturnist role.
- Full-time, permanent employment opportunity
- 125-bed facility with level III trauma designation
- Minimum requirement of 168 shifts annually
- Available positions for both nocturnists and multiple day shift roles
- Open ICU with support from Intensivist services
- No invasive procedures required
- Flexible scheduling with a 7 on/7 off rotation
KEY OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
- Competitive base compensation of $2,000 per shift, with $360 per night shift (minimum annual shift requirement is 168)
- Performance-based incentives up to 10% of base salary starting in Year 2
- Signing bonus of $25,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance of $5,000
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
