We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Staff RN. As a leader of the healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. You will demonstrate performance consistent with the Medical Center Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient safety by utilizing the five rights, preventing falls, decubitus prevention, and nosocomial infections.
- Document patient care accurately, legibly, dated, and timed, utilizing computer systems effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement activities, identifying and assisting in systems improvement.
- Support a collaborative Labor-Management Partnership environment through unit-based teams.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience required in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years.
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
- Basic arrhythmia required.
