Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in long-term care or senior living is essential.
  • Deliver and support exceptional nutritional care tailored to meet the needs of residents.
  • Assess nutritional requirements, set objectives, and implement medical nutrition interventions based on individual nutritional assessments.
  • Develop effective strategies to introduce innovative programs that promote optimal clinical nutrition and favorable financial results.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards at both Federal and State levels, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and CMS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure the delivery of high-quality nutrition and culinary services.
  • Analyze menu cycles for nutrient content and dietary consistency.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives within the culinary department.
  • Implement health and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and communication abilities to foster improvements in nursing and kitchen operations.
  • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care and as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Eligibility for certification as a Registered Dietitian is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is a fundamental educational requirement.

Compensation: $70,000 - $73,000 annually
