About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes in and around the Killeen, TX area.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
  • Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of interventions.
  • Review plan of care and program protocols, and identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
Requirements
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
  • Feeding Tube skills required.
  • T racheostomy and Ventilator skills preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
