We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and DaVita's quality standards.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis or nephrology setting, preferably in an outpatient dialysis center.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
