Coopersburg & Liberty Kenworth is a leading provider of heavy-duty trucking solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping customers identify the right replacement parts for their trucks or trailers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both in-person and phone customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct replacement parts for their vehicles.
  • Pick and prepare parts for delivery to customers.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory levels and restock parts as needed.
  • Process customer transactions, including creating invoices and handling payments, returns, and credits.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in the heavy truck or automotive parts industry or a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Comfortable using internet-based applications and software.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in your career.
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with managerial staff.
  • Ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
