Patient Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
- As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive top-notch care from the moment they register to when they leave the hospital.
- You will be responsible for collecting and verifying patient information, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have, and escalating complex issues to senior staff members as needed.
- In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families during challenging times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable.
