Job Title: Travel PICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting and will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Valid SC RN License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS
  • Eligible to work in the United States
