About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure they can thrive in their home environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with children and families to develop skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources to help them care for children.
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or a master's degree in a human services field.
- At least two years of experience in the human service field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
