IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Manteno, IL. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing connectivity support for all devices across the organization, installing and configuring PCs, troubleshooting servers and software applications, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

1. Provide connectivity support for laptops, PCs, printers, and other devices across the organization.
2. Install, configure, and deploy PCs; troubleshoot servers and software applications; and apply patches to ensure seamless service.
3. Manage Active Directory, including user management, permissions, and group policy.
4. Support Office 365 applications (Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint).
5. Maintain physical and virtual machines.
6. Monitor systems and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
7. Manage mobile devices (MDM support).
8. Support and maintain network infrastructure.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware/software support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with on-premises and virtual server support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
