As a Field Service Engineer within our Installation division, you will engage in global travel to facilitate the setup and integration of high-value precision wafer fabrication systems during customer transitions. This position entails significant travel commitments, ranging from 75% to 90%.

  • Execute standard service tasks independently at Tier I and with assistance at Tier II.
  • Address fabrication challenges by collaborating with fellow engineers and engaging in escalation discussions.
  • Adhere to established checklists and protocols to guarantee the correct revisions of procedures and schematics are utilized prior to commencing work.
  • Identify and rectify technical issues, implement escalation strategies, and assist in conveying technical concerns to relevant stakeholders.
