Job Title: Expeditor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up stations on the food line and prepare food trays for runners
* Communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction
* Get supplies needed for the shift and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Assist with tray-up and ensure food is delivered to the proper station in the dining room
* Work effectively in a high-stress environment and multitask with ease
* Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
* Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
