About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Dart Healthcare Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the nursing unit, ensuring its smooth operation and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and perform staffing allocation for all nursing personnel on assigned units.
  • Perform unit rounds, identify, investigate, and resolve problems, informing appropriate levels of management when necessary.
  • Respond to patient/resident/family concerns, issues, or complaints.
  • Communicate resident clinical events or changes.
  • Ensure that all control medications are maintained and accounted for as per policy and procedure.
  • Oversee and manage clinical care and emergency response.
  • Manage performance of direct and indirect reports, providing orientation, coaching, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of nursing experience, one in leadership capacity.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Valid NYS Professional Registered Nurse License and Current CPR Certification.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
