Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quarterly planning sessions with Global Tech and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that project management tools, such as Jira and AHA, are up-to-date and reflect clear success criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end deliverables, including dependencies and risks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders on project scope, progress, and overall health.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders within and outside the program.
  • Ensure delivered products and services meet customer requirements and standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering complex programs.
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding global laws.
  • Proficiency in Jira roadmaps and dependency mapping.
  • Experience in transitioning a company to a new data lake.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive organizational change.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
