Tobacconist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Tobacconist to join our team at TABACALERA USA Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our humidor and smoking lounges.

• Provide world-class service and selling skills to guests
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate product features and benefits effectively
• Meet or exceed sales and KPI goals
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or service-centric environment
• POS and/or computer skills
• Cigar knowledge a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to smoke or airborne particles.

Physical Demands: The employee will be required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear regularly. The employee will also be required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or sit frequently, and lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
