Dishroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishroom Coordinator to join our team at HUB Hospitality Group. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dish area, storage shelves, and floors.
• Wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep foods as needed.
• Assist in food prep and other duties as requested by the chef.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties and change water in machines and sinks as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Available to work any shift and all holidays.
