  • The ability to lead and inspire teams in embracing Agile principles.
  • Expertise in ensuring the effective application of Scrum processes.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork and resolve issues.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills to handle various priorities without compromising quality.
  • Influencing and facilitation skills that resonate with executives and business partners.
  • A solid understanding of Enterprise Change Standards is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Preferred: Scrum Master Certification and experience with Agile tools like Jira.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in developing applications within Banking, Financial, and FinTech sectors in an enterprise context.
