Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at IDR Healthcare. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Critical Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Critical Care Unit nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
