Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive an attractive salary, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $65,000 to over $90,000 based on experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dependent care FSA, life insurance, and other perks.

An up to $7,500 sign-on bonus will be offered to the successful candidate based on their level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and test laboratory specimens for all age groups from neonates to geriatric patients under the direction of medical directors and management staff.
  • Review and report lab results accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform operational duties, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory periods.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

A background in allied health professions and experience working in a laboratory setting are highly desirable.
