Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwork Installation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for installing various types of millwork in various applications, following manufacturer directions and warranty requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with millwork installation, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install all types of millwork in various applications as directed by field supervisors
  • Work collaboratively with other installers to complete projects as assigned and trained
  • Follow manufacturer instructions and warranty requirements when installing products
  • Track time and materials for each installation project as required
  • Maintain equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions to field supervisors
  • Operate equipment safely and responsibly
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in millwork installation
  • The ability to read and use measuring tapes and other required tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
  • Good physical stamina, including walking throughout yards, plants, and offices, regularly lifting 50 pounds, and frequently lifting up to 100 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an estimated hourly salary of $23.50, with opportunities for overtime as needed. Jennings Builders Supply is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
