  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the scheduling, client service, service sales, inventory, and vendor management of the service department.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair orders, including customer information, asset information, and work performed.
  • Client Communication: Provide estimates and quotes to clients for repairs and maintenance services, and work with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or business management preferred.
  • Experience: Three or more years of experience in service advising, parts sales, or shop management with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills; ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and clients in an organized fashion; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and automotive service management software.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications a plus, but not required; former experience as a technician a plus, but not required.
  • Language: Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Vorto Operations LLC offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85-95k, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and more.
