Job Summary
A highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef is sought after to lead the culinary team at Two Hands Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you will possess extensive experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth. Your expertise will include:
• Developing and executing menu strategies that align with our brand values and customer preferences
• Collaborating with the core management team to drive business objectives and meet financial targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with local farmers and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
• Managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and equipment maintenance

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in senior chef or restaurant management positions
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful menu strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Advanced knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation procedures
• Valid Food Manager Certification
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments

Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development. If relocation is required, we will provide a moving stipend to support your transition.
