The Logistics Associate plays a crucial role in the shipping and receiving functions of Sigma Supply. This role is essential for ensuring the precise organization and distribution of products to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tasked with selecting orders as directed by Warehouse Management.
• Responsible for confirming the accuracy of all orders.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations tidy. Duties include sweeping, dusting, and mopping. Ensures the warehouse and work area are organized at all times.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Work involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Effective communication is necessary, utilizing speech, vision, and hearing.
• Exposure to moving machinery, significant temperature and humidity changes, as well as dust, fumes, and gases is expected.
• Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Type/Working Hours: This is a full-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills:

• Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks effectively.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma.
