Cage and Club Cashier

The Cage and Club Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our casino's cash handling and club operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage and club policies and procedures.
• Maintain and be accountable for all funds entrusted to you on an assigned shift.
• Create a positive team environment by assisting colleagues with essential functions.
• Balance all money transactions and paperwork accurately.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Ensure confidentiality regarding player information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Handle guest financial and club transactions efficiently.
• Be vigilant for fraud, counterfeit currency, and/or vouchers.
• Balance all funds under your responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Ensure the cash inventory is well secured at all times.
• Issue free slot play and food coupons to guests up to authorized limits.
• Enter new Club memberships and data entry; promote Club membership.
• Conduct yourself in a gracious, kind, and warm manner, reflecting positively on the company and its core values of Fun, Friendly, and Community.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Banking and guest service experience preferred.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in an intense and fast-paced environment.
• Positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
• Professional appearance and a clean, well-groomed appearance.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities:

• Attend required training sessions.
• Obtain required licenses.
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas.
• Have knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.
• Consult with appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies and internal controls.
• Investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report instances to management.
