About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Estimator and Restoration Expert to join our team at Wylander.

Responsibilities include:

  • Estimating the cost of reconstruction using Xactimate software.
  • Negotiating reconstruction costs with insurance carrier representatives.
  • Managing project schedules, financial budgeting, and overall financial oversight of jobs.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong background in residential and commercial reconstruction.
